Womens’ & Girls’ Health

The intention of this page is to provide resources that relate primarily to those assigned female at birth (AFAB), who often have, or have had, menstrual cycles, but it is inclusive for use in the LQBTQI+ community, and more resource information and support is needed in this area. Please also visit the LGBTQIA+ web page. If you have other national resources to suggest for inclusion on this or any other web page, please use the contact form to reach out so that they may be added. Thank you!

PERIOD PRODUCTS

Call 211, food banks, homeless shelters (for those who are homeless), to request free period products, such as menstrual pads if you cannot afford them. Also consider buying the period products for a reasonable price that may be used for years, rather than buying products monthly.
